On the first floor, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and further double bedroom, two twin rooms and family bathroom. The property is lakeside and enjoys beautiful sunsets across the lake, very relaxing after your day out at the parks. FREE WIFI INCLUDED. In the last year the lounge now has a new 2 piece suite with new rug and new coffee table and side tables and a 55 inch smart TV with cabinet was added in the lounge, decorative lighting around the pool also added as well as a new pool heater at a cost of $4,000. Bedding and towels are replaced every year. For your complete peace of mind and security the outside front of the property is also protected by 24 hour CCTV complimenting the fact that this is a private gated community. Just outside of the gated community is an Irish Bar called 'Micky Finns' It has an outside terrace does food, has entertainment and shows the sports on TV. Now this cannot be underestimated that you can actually WALK TO A BAR/PUB FROM THE VILLA. it is about 500 yards and all within the secure gated community. Finding a villa that you can easily walk to a bar MINIMUM STAY PERIOD IS 7 DAYS I am in contact with the villa owner next door who also does holiday lets which is of similar size so if you are wanting 2 villas next to each other for larger groups please enquire. We viewed many properties when we purchased this in December 2017. This property, community and location was by far the best we viewed in terms of location and serenity. First of all its on a gated community which will give you extra peace of mind. Secondly all the properties on this development are very well kept, the streets are immaculate. Thirdly there is a clubhouse at your disposal with a gym, games room, lounge, office facilities, crazy golf and park area. lastly, You can actually walk to a bar/restaurant which cannot do with many villas you will have been seeing on your search for the ideal base for your holiday. The games room is set up with pool, air hockey and foosball tables and there is a dedicated wall mounted 50� HD TV for gaming. We have a large selection of games and movies. The house includes Wi-Fi/Internet service and free North American phone calling. There is lots of shopping and restaurants within minutes (walking distance) of the community.
